According to my purpose, it is to solve the user problems to make user journeys simple, clear, and direct. When time flew by, the strategy turned to be more customer-centric in order to improve the journeys of our targeted users better living with our thoughtful product and service.

The project began with the failure of product development but this lesson learned has turned to be a successful product that achieved global awards in various parts, especially customer experience improvement.
